I like shopping here, but it feels like things are sorta always out of stock, and the restocks take longer than I’d expect...

I got a little mixed up on when everything was supposed to arrive, but every time I checked the updates, they were actually accurate. Even though I confused myself with the timing, the tracking was spot on the whole way.

To be fair, Dermstore does work okay most of the time, and I didn’t have any major issues checking out. But browsing for products can be kind of frustrating. The filters aren’t always that helpful, and some pages loaded slower than I expected. Overall, it gets the job done, just not the smoothest shopping experience.

I placed my Dermstore order the other night while I was sitting on the couch trying to finish a show, and it all came exactly how I picked it. The products were right, the sizes were right, and nothing was missing. Even the shipping box looked fine when it got here. Not the most exciting thing in the world, but that’s really all I wanted, so I’m happy with it.

I had to send back a moisturizer that just didn’t agree with my skin, and I was expecting the whole thing to be a hassle. But it was much easier than I thought. Getting the return label was simple, and my refund came through without me having to keep following up. It took a few days, which felt totally reasonable. I appreciate when a company makes things fair and doesn’t make customers jump through hoops, so this definitely left me feeling good about ordering from dermstore again.

I’ve been using Dermstore mostly because they carry so many of the brands I already like, plus a few I’d been meaning to try after seeing them mentioned everywhere. I was literally browsing with a cup of coffee next to me and ended up finding more than I expected.

It’s nice not having to bounce between four different websites just to compare a cleanser or see if a sunscreen is in stock. My last order had sunscreen, a face wash, and a hair product all in the same box, which felt weirdly satisfying when it showed up on my porch.

The prices aren’t always the lowest, so I still check around sometimes, but the selection is really solid and the site is easy enough to use. For me, the convenience is the big thing, and I’ll probably keep ordering from them when I need to restock

My cleanser showed up cracked, which made me feel a little misled since I expected it to arrive in good condition. I sent them some pictures, though, and they replaced it right away with no hassle. Still annoying that it happened, but I’m happy with how quickly they handled it.

I ordered a face serum and sunscreen from Dermstore, and overall they’ve been working well for me. The serum definitely wasn’t some overnight miracle, but after maybe 3-ish weeks, my skin started looking a little less dull and feeling smoother.
I’d give it around 4 stars because the products did what I hoped, but the shipping was slower than I expected and the prices are definitely not cheap. I’d probably order again, especially if they’re running a sale or something.

I needed to update my account settings and it was way easier than I expected. I also had a login issue and support fixed it really fast, so I couldnt complain. Smooth experience overall.

They have almost every skincare brand I usually look for, so it makes shopping way easier

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect since my item was on backorder, but they did keep me updated along the way. It felt a little slow at times, though maybe that’s just me being impatient. Overall, I appreciated the communication.

Dermstore is usually decent on prices. Especially with a sale or promo code. Some stuff is cheaper than other beauty sites. Not all of it though. I still compare before I buy. Shipping was fine. Checkout was easy too. Took off one star because a few things I wanted were full price there, but cheaper somewhere else.

I buy from dermstore often, mostly skincare stuff, and the rewards thing has actually been more useful than I expected. The points are not hard to use, which I appreciate because I don’t like when programs make it confusing for no reason. I’ve saved a decent bit on things I was already going to buy anyway, so that feels nice. It’s a small perk, but also not that small when it adds up, if that makes sense.

Maybe I’m a little biased because I’ve had good luck with them, but I always feel safe placing an order here. Everything has shown up correctly, and I’ve never run into any weird issues

I don’t have much patience for sloppy packaging, so I was glad this showed up neat and secure. Nothing leaked, nothing got smashed, and the box wasn’t ridiculously oversized. happy with it.

I was just grabbing a couple things and didn’t really have much time to spend on the site, so I was hoping it wouldn’t turn into one of those annoying checkout situations. Thankfully, everything loaded fine, my info went through without any weird errors, and the checkout ended up being quick and easy.
