I ordered on 12/9 and received on 12/19. Absolutely zero issues. Product is high quality and arrived on time and fairly price compared to local dermatologists and other online stores. Will definitely order from Dermstore again. Sorry everyone's orders are late - didn't happen for me.

"Incredible Customer Service"
I just had the BEST interaction with Dermstore's customer service! But first, I want to say I was incredibly happy with the products I ordered and with the shipping times and communication. I ended up not needing one of the products (because the other worked so well!), but there was an issue in creating my return label. When I reached out to their customer service team via chat, they were so helpful and generous. I feel like Trish F., the agent I worked with, went above and beyond to solve my issue. I will definitely be buying from Dermstore again!
